AUSTRAC Online (AO) will be unavailable from 5pm AEDT Friday 24 February until 11:30pm Sunday 26 February 2023 due to important system maintenance.      

During this time you will not be able to:

• complete or update your compliance report
• submit any transaction reports through AO or via machine-to-machine processes
• update your business information
• progress registration renewals

Please ensure any activities that are partly progressed are saved prior to shutdown period. If saved, these activities will be available again to you when AO comes back online.

You must still submit an SMR within 24 hours if the suspicion relates to terrorism financing during the shutdown period.  Please email system_transformation@austrac.gov.au if an SMR of this nature arises during the AO system shutdown period and we will provide further guidance to you directly. 

Please ensure you submit your transaction reports and any registration renewal applications outside of this AO outage time period.
