Changes to AUSTRAC Online login page and password reset

AUSTRAC has made changes to the AUSTRAC Online login page and password reset process. 

Whilst the AUSTRAC Online login page will look different, you can continue to use your existing User ID and password.

If your login is unsuccessful, please reset your password using the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the login page.

We have also made some changes to the email you receive when you reset your password. This change will include a time limit to the link to reset your password. If you do not reset your password within the allowed time limit, please click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the login page and a new reset password email will be sent.
