New and improved enrolment and registration forms are now available in AUSTRAC Online (AO). 

We have made it easier and faster for you to enrol or register a new business, or update your details. The new enrolment and registration forms have replaced the previous forms in AO. 

What you need to know:

• You no longer have access to forms that were saved but not submitted prior to the migration period. If you had any saved forms, you will need to start the process again using a new form.
• Update your browser favourites or bookmarks to the new form URLs now. All of the new enrolment and registration forms have new URLs and any links saved in your browser will no longer work.
• Update your email contacts as the email contact for enrolment and registration enquiries has changed from enrolment@austrac.gov.au to contact@austrac.gov.au.
