Every year, you need to report to AUSTRAC on how your business has met its AML/CTF compliance obligations. This is a requirement under the Anti-Money Laundering Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (AML/CTF Act).

Your 2019 compliance report will cover your business activities for the 2019 calendar year and must be submitted by 31 March 2020.

Your responses provide us with important information about your business, and help us design new educational and guidance material for specific industry sectors.

Not submitting your compliance report is a breach of your obligations and may attract penalties.

How do I access the report?

From 1 January 2020, you will be able to access your compliance report by logging into AUSTRAC Online using your mobile phone, tablet or computer.

What if my business activities have changed?

If you did not provide a designated service during 2019, you will still need to submit a compliance report.
